An old estate in a town in Málaga completely refurbished and designed by our studio.
Its owners, a couple based in London with two daughters, sought refuge in this sunny, peaceful town.
The layout of the interiors, as well as the estate’s outer appearance, was changed entirely. We designed it to be an open-plan house with large panoramic windows to connect with the exterior and we also created free-flowing spaces for the common areas.
The owners wanted a home that was contemporary yet rustic and Mediterranean at the same time. We used microcement for the floors and bathrooms, rustic wood to add robustness, and a décor with more contemporary, modern objects and artworks mixed in with other ethnic pieces.
